Shipping Policy
At BH Aviation, we value every customer and prioritize your satisfaction. We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
Costs & Destinations
We currently offer free standard shipping for all orders to Canada and United States.
Shipping Time
For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 3 business days after your order ships.
Estimated delivery time after shipment: 4–7 days, depending on destination and carrier. For pre-orders or backorders, please refer to the estimated shipping date on the product page.

We use the following carriers based on destination:

- UPS
Order Changes & Cancellation
Before Shipping:
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 3 hours after placing it with no processing fee.
- If you cancel an order that has not yet entered the shipping process after 3 hours, a 5% processing fee of the order cost will apply.
- Change of Address: Allowed with no additional fee before shipping.
- Replacements and Exchanges: Free of charge before shipment.
After Shipping:
- Order Cancellation: Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you refuse delivery, a 5% cancellation fee of the order cost will be charged.
- Change of Address: If address change is requested after shipment, a $10 processing fee will apply.
Order Tracking
You can track your order via your account on our website if registered. Otherwise, use your order number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website or contact our support team at ian@bh-aviation.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
