Shipping & Delivery
We generally ship your headsets by Canada Post or UPS.
It normally takes 3-7 days, depending on your location. Please note that this is not guaranteed and delivery time may be extended due to holiday.
All orders will be dispatched from Canada warehouses, and the carrier is Canada Post or UPS, and it will take about 3 to 7 days.
After shipping,you can send email to us for delivery address change. But it will cost $10 as a processing fee.

Common Usage Questions
Our aviation headsets are designed to work with most general aviation aircraft. For specific models or connectors, please check the product specifications.
Our Alpha model is equipped with ANR technology.
The Alpha model has the ANR and Bluetooth Functions which need the battery to be supported.

All our headsets come with a 3-year full-scale warranty.
