Return Policy
We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy, exclusively for products purchased directly from our official website (www.bh-aviation.com).
If You Purchased from Our Website:
You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.
Product must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping is covered for customers in North America.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

If You Purchased from a Reseller or Flight School:
Return or exchange requests must be made through the original seller.
Each reseller may have their own return policy.
BH Aviation cannot issue refunds for purchases made outside our official website.
Warranty coverage remains valid regardless of purchase channel.
Warranty Coverage
All BH Aviation headsets are protected by a 3-year limited warranty.
Covered under warranty:
Manufacturing defects
Audio or microphone malfunctions
Bluetooth performance issues
Frame or cabling failures not caused by misuse
Not covered:
Physical damage due to abuse or accident
Unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear
We repair or replace defective units at our discretion, free of charge.
